MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN
MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY
AND
BOSCH REXROTH (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED
This Memorandum of Understanding (Hereinafter referred to as “MoU’) entered into on 12/07/2021
between “Mandsaur University” situated at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India and “Bosch Rexroth
(India) Private Limited” with its registered office at Sanand Viramgam Highway, Mouje Iyava Taluka
Sanand, Ahmedabad – 382170, Gujarat.
- OBJECTIVES OF THE MOU
The objective of this Memorandum of Understanding is:
a. To promote collaboration between MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY and BOSCH REXROTH (India)
Private Limited in mutually beneficial areas.
b. To provide training to students of MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY from UG/PG programs.
Purpose of these training programs is to enhance the practical knowledge of students by giving them a
hands-on experience on industrial products, to make them industry ready & employable - PROPOSED MODES OF COLLABORATION
MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY and BOSCH REXROTH (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED
Propose to collaborate through:
a. To provide classroom/online trainings, conduct workshops & provide Internship opportunities for
MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY students.
b. Any other appropriate mode of interaction agreed upon between MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY and
BOSCH REXROTH (India) Private limited. - AREAS OF COLLABORATION
The principal areas of collaboration between MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY and BOSCH REXROTH
(India) Private Limited will be Training & Internship for MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY students. Also to
provide technical support & guidance (non-monetary) for Research & Development in the area of
Industrial Automation Technologies - TERMS AND TERMINATION
This MoU, unless extended by mutual consent of the parties and as reduced in writing and signed by the
parties, shall expire 2 years (Two years) after the effective date specified in the opening paragraph of this
MoU. This MoU may be amended during the term of this MoU by mutual consent of the parties and as
reduced in writing and signed by the parties at any time. Either party shall have the right to unilaterally
terminate this MoU upon 60 days’ prior written notice to the other party. - RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in this MoU shall be construed to make either party, a partner, an agent or legal representative of
the other for any purpose. - UNDERSTANDING
It is understood by the Parties herein this MoU is based on the professional competence and expertise of
each party and hence neither Party shall transfer or assign this MoU, or rights or obligations arising
hereunder, either wholly or in part, to any third party.
It is further understood and agreed by MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY that any student or any person of
University entering the premises of the Bosch Rexroth (India) Private Limited or having access to any
information/manufacturing processes of Bosch Rexroth shall strictly observe rules and regulation
including but not limited to safety, confidentiality, non-disclosure etc. as framed by Bosch Rexroth
(India) Private Limited and in force from time to time.
The courts of Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from this MOU.
