          Brief Description/ Remark:  The Inter-Departmental Cricket  Tournament “CITIUS”2022-23 was organized by the Department of Physical Education from 04 to 11/ February / 2023 at Cricket Ground, Campus-2, Mandsaur University Mandsaur (M.P).                                  

                         The said tournament was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Prof. Deepak Yadav, HOD,   MIAER, Mandsaur. The Chief guest, Faculty Sports Coordinator and all the participants were welcomed by Dr.Shamshser Singh,HOD,Department of Physical Education and addressed by
Dr. Rohit Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education. Mr. Aushaf Ahmed , Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education, played the role of Technical Official in Cricket Tournament.
A total 150 players (10 teams) participated in Cricket Tournament.

                               Prof. (Dr.) Rupesh Soni, Director BRNCOP & Dean Research, Prof. Deepak Yadav, HOD, MIAER was the chief guest of the prize distribution ceremony. The winner of the tournament is   Department of Pharmacy & runner-up is Department of Ayurveda.Dr.Rohit Sharma,Organizing Secretary Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education expressed gratitude & vote of thanks to the Teaching faculty, non-teaching staff and all participants.

Outcome: 1.Sports for all as a fitness and wellness among the students 

                  2.To billed relationship, Cooperation and socialization

No. of participants: 150 Students  + 12 Faculty = 162
